Welcome! I am Jen and I manage large web projects in a higher education setting. I’m glad you stopped by to learn more about me and my work.
I am driven by projects that promote good in the world. I have worked for Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va., since 2008 using web and other skills to contribute to the promotion of a liberal arts education—a cause near and dear to my heart.
Until a year ago, I was a solo practitioner, taking web projects from concept to launch for the 37 web properties I oversee. My current efforts are focused on a multi-year project leading a team to redesign all 37 sites.
Specialties
Having spent many years as a solo practitioner managing a vast web portfolio of 40+ websites at times, I have acquired a broad array of web skills (view my resume). Still, there are some that either through experience, inclination or a combination of both, are particular specialties.
